FAQ's

How will I get my downloads?

If you are pre-ordering at an event or before the concert, you will receive an email with a download link as soon as we complete the event and upload the recordings.  If you're purchasing a recording of an event that has already happened, you will immediately receive an email with a download link.

How many times can I download a performance?

You can download each recording event you purchase twice.  If you have an issue downloadiing, please contact us at customerservice@amusementparkstudio.com.

I downloaded my recordings to my iPhone and can't find them.  Where are they?

Got to the home screen on your phone and pull down to reveal the search bar.  Search for "Files."  Open the Files App and browse "Downloads."  Inside, you will find a .zip file with the title and date of the event.  Click it to unzip the files.  This creates a folder with the same name.  Inside, you will find your downloads.  You can then listen to them, view the .pdfs, etc.  Enjoy!

Why doesn't Apple make that easier?

We wish we knew.

Can I download these to my desktop or tablet/iPad?

Of course!  The process for a tablet/iPad is the same.  On a desktop, simple download and double-click the zip file to open it.  The add the files to your favorite music app.

Can I share these recordings with every person on the face of the earth?

While we don't mind you sharing a copy with your grandma, please don't send them to your entire friends list.  The recordings and compositions are copyrighted, and we pay composer royalties for every download and CD we sell.  Composers deserve to get paid for creating incredible music they write.  We also have to pay talented recording engineers to go to every event, maintain our incredible recording equipment, website, etc.

I'm an audiophile and would prefer to have wav files?

We're audiophiles as well, and we'd be happy to provide that for you.  Please email us: customerservice@amusementparkstudio.com

Why don't you sell DVDs/Videos of these concerts?

Unfortunately, to sell videos requires what's called a sync license.  A sync license can cost thousands of dollars PER PIECE OF MUSIC.  And they have to be negotiated with every single composer individually.  Yikes.  We'd love to, honestly, but simply can't afford the licensing.

Can you come record my event?

Absolutely!  Please contact us at info@amusementparkstudio.com and we'd love to record your event.

Are you guys a real recording studio?

Yes!  We make records for bands, singer/songwriters, rappers... you name it.

Have you recorded anyone I've heard of?

Probably so.  We've recorded, produced, and mixed songs, and created album covers for a ton of folks including Flatland Cavalry, Smino, Randall King, Aaron Watson, Austin Dean Ashford, Jenni Dale Lord, Jordan Robert Kirk, Palmer Anthony, Scabaret, the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra, Texas Tech University, Octave Records, and literally hundreds of others.  Please visit amusementparkstudio.com for more info.
